The SRA Education Assistant supports the SRA Education Manager in presenting the Why Not program in schools, churches, and community settings, helping equip students with truthful, hope-filled education about sexual integrity. They will help prepare materials, assist with presenter training, and maintain program updates, communication, and supplies.

Qualifications
We are seeking a committed follower of Jesus Christ who demonstrates spiritual maturity and a heart for youth. Candidates should have experience working with students, strong communication and public-speaking skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Agreement with The Well PRC’s values, mission, and life-affirming philosophy is required.

Physical & Practical Requirements
Applicants should be comfortable speaking to large groups and able to lift up to 30 pounds for program setup or supplies. Strong organization, computer skills, and flexibility with changing schedules are important. A positive attitude and willingness to complete all required training are key to success in this role.
