The Finance & Development Manager assists in planning, implementing, and coordinating donor relations, fundraising efforts, and overall Finance/Bookkeeping management as well as assisting in community activities that will encourage, maintain, and increase philanthropic support to meet the short- and long-term needs of the pregnancy center. These activities shall be consistent with the mission and goals of Hope PCC and shall reach individuals, corporations, churches, and para-church organizations in the community. The programs shall be effectively and efficiently managed through servant leadership (John 13:12-17) and alignment with the mission, goals, policies, and procedures of the Hope PCC organization. This is a part-time position and can be located at either clinic, but will require participation in both off-site and onsite meetings and events.
