SRA Education Manager

  • The SRA (Sexual Risk Avoidance) Education Manager is responsible for implementing the Why Not SRA Education Program of The Well Pregnancy Resource Center.
  • The mission of Why Not is to educate and equip students in regard to their sexuality using a holistic approach with medical accuracy, empowering them to choose abstinence until marriage or renew their abstinence to maintain optimal health.
  • The program shall be effectively and efficiently managed through servant leadership (John 13:12-17) and organized planning in accordance with the SRA Education Manager Operations Manual and the mission, goals, policies, and procedures of The Well PRC.
  • This is a permanent, part-time position.
  • Must demonstrate spiritual maturity in action and attitude (Titus 1:7-8, Mark 10:45).

    Patient Services Manager

    • Oversees daily patient services programs at the pregnancy resource center.
    • Leads staff and volunteers in providing practical, emotional, and spiritual support to women and families facing unexpected or unexpectedly difficult pregnancies.
    • Collaborates with the Nurse Manager to develop and plan patient intake appointments and coordinate follow-up appointments and care continuity.
    • Primary responsibilities: administrative leadership, training and educational guidance, and spiritual encouragement.
    • Requirements:
      • Must demonstrate spiritual maturity in action and attitude (Titus 1:7–8, Mark 10:45).
      • Creative, encouraging, dependable.
      • Leadership or management experience is a plus.
    • Position type: Full-time

      Client Services Manager

      • Oversees day-to-day client services programs at the pregnancy resource center.
      • Leads and equips volunteers to provide practical, emotional, and spiritual support for women and families facing unexpected or unexpectedly difficult pregnancies.
      • Primary responsibilities: administrative tasks, training and educational guidance, and spiritual encouragement.
      • Requirements:
        • Must demonstrate spiritual maturity in action and attitude (Titus 1:7–8, Mark 10:45).
        • Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable to change.
        • Leadership or management experience is a plus.
      • Position type: Full-time

        Volunteer Client Advocate

        • A heart for men and women in unexpected or unexpectedly difficult pregnancies
        • Agree to Statement of Faith and Statement of Principle & Core Values
        • Agree to Code of Moral Conduct
        • Complete training based upon area of interest
        • Commit to approximately 3 hours of service each week
