

The Cedar City PRC Director is responsible for effectively and efficiently overseeing the startup and growth of The Well PRC in Cedar City. This is accomplished through efficient servant leadership (John 13:12-17) and organized planning within the budget parameters set by the Board of Directors (BOD) and Executive Director in accordance with the mission, goals, policies, and procedures of the Hope PCC organization.
The primary areas of responsibility are administration, staff support & supervision, development, and community/public relations.
The Cedar City PRC Director plans, implements, and coordinates activities in coordination with relevant staff and volunteers that will benefit clients and encourage, maintain, and increase prayer, practical, and community awareness and involvement to meet the short- and long-term needs of the center. These activities shall be consistent with the mission and goals of the organization and shall reach individuals, corporations, churches, agencies, and other ministries in the community.
This is a permanent, part-time position with the potential to become full-time if determined necessary when startup is complete.
Must demonstrate spiritual maturity in action and attitude (Titus 1:7-8, Mark 10:45).

The Nurse Manager is a current Registered Nurse (RN) who oversees the provision of patient care and medical services operations and performs patient care under the license and direction of the Medical Director (MD).
The Nurse Manager is also responsible for a variety of other clinic functions: supervising, organizing, planning, assessing, and monitoring the medical services provided by The Well Pregnancy Resource Center.
The Nurse Manager works in conjunction with physicians, nurses, and client advocates to ensure that patients are receiving the best care.
This is a permanent, full-time position.

The SRA (Sexual Risk Avoidance) Education Manager is responsible for implementing the Why Not SRA Education Program of The Well Pregnancy Resource Center.
The mission of Why Not is to educate and equip students in regard to their sexuality using a holistic approach with medical accuracy, empowering them to choose abstinence until marriage or renew their abstinence to maintain optimal health.
The program shall be effectively and efficiently managed through servant leadership (John 13:12-17) and organized planning in accordance with the SRA Education Manager Operations Manual and the mission, goals, policies, and procedures of The Well PRC.
This is a permanent, part-time position.
