We’re Hiring a Cedar City PRC Director!
As The Well Pregnancy Resource Center of St. George prepares to expand services to Cedar City, we are looking to hire a Cedar City PRC Director to oversee the startup and growth of the pregnancy resource center, which will include medical & client support services, and past abortion healing & sexual risk avoidance education programs. Throughout the startup phase the person in this position will work in coordination with the Executive Director, Cedar City Expansion Steering Committee, and other St. George PRC management staff. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to building church & community relationships, administrative tasks, promoting the PRC through marketing and presentations, property search to house the PRC, setup of PRC, and eventual recruiting, training, and management of staff and/or volunteers. This is a part-time position at 15 – 29 hours/week through the startup phase, with the potential to become full-time if determined necessary when startup is complete.
We are seeking a Christ-centered, servant leader who has a desire to minister with compassion and a life-affirming mindset to those at risk of or those who experience unexpected pregnancies, and those who have experienced abortion in their past. Agreement to The Well PRC’s foundational documents, such as Statements of Faith & Principle, and Code of Moral Conduct are additional requirements for employment. The person hired for this position must be rooted in the local community and live in Cedar City or the immediate surrounding area. Travel to St. George will be necessary for training and meetings, requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Additionally, a Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Report will be run.
The Well PRC is a faith-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization and has been serving the Southern Utah community in St. George, Utah since 2005. For more information about the services and programs, visit our homepage.
